RiSE+ Free Trial Offer
1. ICAS Assessments (including ICAS past papers) and RiSE+ are products owned and offered by Janison Solutions Pty Ltd (Janison)
2. The RiSE+ Free Trial offer refers to the promotional offer available to customers, being:
Purchase any Mathematics or English ICAS past paper or ICAS assessment for Years 2 to 7 and receive an optional free trial of RiSE+, the new online ICAS practise platform.
3. By opting to receive the RiSE+ Free Trial offer you agree to the additional requirements set out in the RISE+ Free Trial offer terms and conditions* set out below. *RiSE+ FREE TRIAL OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE
By proceeding to purchase and opting to receive the RiSE+ Free Trial, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions as well as our general terms and conditions regarding ICAS Assessments products for Schools (found here) and Parents (found here).
2. OFFER PERIOD
The RiSE+ Free Trial offer is only available from 10:00am on 5th June 2024 to 10:00am on 21st June 2024.
3. CONDITIONS
This RiSE+ free trial offer is available to customers in Australia only, who purchase a Mathematics or English ICAS past paper or ICAS assessment for Years 2 to 7.
The RiSE+ free trial is subject to the terms and conditions that apply to RiSE+ that you will be asked to accept upon registering for the RiSE+ free trial.
4. ACTIVATING YOUR RiSE+ FREE TRIAL
An email will be sent to you after you’ve completed your ICAS Assessment or ICAS past paper purchase with a link to set up your RiSE+ account.
Your RiSE+ free trial will be activated once you have accepted the RiSE+ terms and conditions and your RiSE+ account has been set up.
5. SUBJECTS AVAILABLE FOR OFFER
This RiSE+ free trial offer applies to year levels 2 to 7, for Mathematics and English subjects only.
6. RESTRICTIONS ON OFFER
This RiSE+ Free Trial offer is not available for customers who purchase ICAS Assessments for a JEM (Janison Exam Management) testing centre.
7. CHANGES
Janison reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the RiSE+ Free Trial offer at its sole discretion.
8. REFUNDS
The RiSE+ Free Trial offer does not qualify for change of mind, refunds or returns.
The RiSE+ Free Trial is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. APPLICABLE LAW
All purchases on this website and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
